Tomorrow I will join the building team of Nordsken, a local gaming convention here in northern sweden. I'm in charge for the 'nerd art' part. And ofc I'll show some of my art too!
Printed all my art and spent this after noon to put them in frames.
[link] It's interesting how just a frame can lift a painting!!! I have a new favorite among my paintings... An actual painting I'll hang on my own wall! Have you ever heard of it? An artist happy with their own art. I must be drunk or something...
Anyone of you out there who have your art hanging on the wall? What and why?

Actually I have a couple of sculptures standing in my living room.
A bust of Beethoven, my first real sculpture. Sadly I don't have a photo of it. I COULD take a picture of it, but that would be to easy...
My echorce
[link] and a half done phoenix bird, sitting in the corner in shame...
The echorche and the phoenix I did during a summer sculpture class my friend and teacher
[link] had. You seriously should check him out! And if you ever have the chance, try to go to his classes! Beware, he might make you cry...
Sadly while I was working on the phoenix an old injury in my wrist started to remind it self. So the last weeks of class I was mostly on pain killers. But now, after a second surgery my wrist and arm are pretty much OK. Or at least better... There are some stuff I'll never be able to do. Twisting and turning my wrist can still make it hurt like hell! So I'll never play bowling or become an elite wrestler...
Never fun to be injured so you can't do what you enjoy! Ever been in the same situation? Really wanting to do something, but had something stop you from doing it?
Oh well, that's life! At least if you're so stupid you try to go snowboarding in moguls... Ahem...
If anyone of you happens to be in northern sweden, Skellefteå to be precise, the upcoming days, or just want to do a very spontaneous (and strange) trip. Come visit Nordsken and say Hi! I'll be sitting there painting for sure!
Cheers
