The third horseman, famine. one horseman left!

I haven't painted horses for a loooong time, except the two other horsemen, so I'm well aware that the anatomy is probably way off.

EDIT: Tweaked down the eye of the horse

When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come and see!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!"

I say the anatomy looks fine, the horsemen are fantastical creatures so I sort of expect them to look inhuman. Love the color and design it really gives it a chilling and sickly feel to it. And your technique is incredible. Also really good style, love the comic book look and feel of it. I must know your influences. This has to be one of the best horseman deviations I've seen on this sight and I've seen some really incredible ones myself. If anything is wrong I'd say it's not all that original in design but personally I'm not bothered.
